Avides Societe is a financial asset management company based in Geneva (Switzerland).

We manage financial portfolios providing personalized, permanently available (24/7), discretionary and execution-only services to our Clients.

We are subject to the monitoring of SO-FIT which is a supervisory body authorized by the Swiss Federal Supervisory Authority for financial markets (FINMA) for the supervision of asset managers and trustees within the meaning of Articles 43ss of the FinIA.

Since November 2022, Avides Societe has a definitive authorization to practice granted by FINMA.

We serve our Clients transparently, without conflicts of interest and accordingly with the risk profile established by them, always trying to get performances consistent with the level of risk of each portfolio.

We promote a strict separation between the execution only and discretionary asset management services we provide and the asset custody services, which are always delivered to a Bank.

Our fees are composed by an all-in-fee and, in the case of a discretionary management mandate by an additional performance fee. They are calculated quarterly and charged by us directly to our Clients.

Our founder and current CEO acquired her experience on privately owned Banks, where she worked between 1994 and 2011, serving as VP and private banker in Geneva since 2004.
